Shipping Policy
Shipping Costs
✔️ All orders include free standard shipping.
✔️ No additional fees will be charged unless you select a special delivery option (e.g. express shipping).
Duties & Taxes Included
All orders to the United Kingdom and the European Union are shipped under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).
This means that all customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees are already included in the item price.
Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days.
Estimated delivery time is 7 to 10 working days after processing.
Please note that delivery times may be affected by:

Peak demand periods (such as Christmas, Black Friday, or other holidays) 
- 
Customs procedures (where applicable) 
- 
Exceptional circumstances such as severe weather or force majeure 
While we always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, Zanvella cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control.
Tracking
✔️ All orders are shipped with tracking.
✔️ Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel.
Delivery & Collection
If you are not at home during delivery, your parcel will be taken to a nearby collection point.
You will have 7 calendar days to collect your parcel. After this period, it will automatically be returned to our distribution centre.
Uncollected Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected within the timeframe, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
If you wish to have the parcel resent, reshipping costs will apply or be deducted from the refund amount.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.
If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately so we can update it before dispatch.
Zanvella cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or returns caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
Lost or Stolen Parcels
If tracking information shows that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, an official carrier investigation can be opened 14 days after the indicated delivery date.
Please check with your neighbours or local collection point before contacting us.
Refunds or replacements will only be issued once the investigation is complete.
