Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been received.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details so you can follow your shipment.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery time: 7 to 14 business days, depending on your location.
Please note that delivery may take longer during busy seasons, public holidays, or due to customs procedures in your country.
While we aim to meet all estimated timeframes, some delays may occur beyond our control.
Shipping Method & Origin
All orders are shipped directly from our international warehouse.
Depending on your country’s regulations, customs duties, VAT, or import taxes may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Costs

Responsibility During Shipping
Once tracking shows that a package has been delivered to the address provided by the customer, responsibility transfers to the customer.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Any errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing your order so we can attempt to correct them before dispatch.
Uncollected or Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected or the address was incomplete, original shipping costs will not be refunded.
If you wish to have the parcel resent, reshipping costs will apply.
