100% Return Guarantee on New Products

  • We offer a full return guarantee on all new, unused products, with the exception of promotional and sale items.

  • Sale items are excluded from this guarantee and cannot be returned under this policy.


Return Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returns.

  • Zanvella Nova does not reimburse return costs and is not liable for any expenses incurred during the return process.

Return Deadline

  • Returns must be requested within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

  • After registering your return, you then have an additional 14 days to send the item back.

  • In total, your return must reach us within approximately 28–30 days of receipt.

  • Returns requested or shipped outside this timeframe cannot be accepted.


Exchanges of Sale Products

  • Sale items cannot be exchanged, even if the size is unsuitable.

  • Please ensure you select the correct size before completing your purchase.


Guarantee on Defective Products

  • We provide a full guarantee on all items that prove to be defective due to manufacturing faults.

  • In such cases, you may return the item for a full refund or exchange, depending on your preference.


Return Process

  2. Once your request has been approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to proceed.

  3. All returns must be sent using a tracked shipping method. Returns without a valid tracking number cannot be processed.


Return Form Requirement

  • All returns must include a completed return form.

  • Returns without this form cannot be processed.

  • Including the form ensures your return is handled quickly and correctly.


Return Requests Before Delivery

  • Return requests can only be submitted after your order has been delivered.

  • Requests made before delivery cannot be processed.

  • You always have 14 days after receiving your order to register a return, followed by another 14 days to ship it back.

  • This gives you time to check your purchase at home before deciding whether to keep it.

  • To provide customers worldwide with the best possible range and availability, Zanvella Nova ships directly from our international warehouses.

  • Depending on your location, return parcels may need to be sent back to our main distribution centre abroad.
