Return Costs

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returns.

Zanvella Nova does not reimburse return costs and is not liable for any expenses incurred during the return process.

Returns must be requested within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

After registering your return, you then have an additional 14 days to send the item back.

In total, your return must reach us within approximately 28–30 days of receipt.

Returns requested or shipped outside this timeframe cannot be accepted. 
Exchanges of Sale Products

Sale items cannot be exchanged, even if the size is unsuitable.

Return Requests Before Delivery

Return requests can only be submitted after your order has been delivered.
