At Zanvella, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return policy is outlined below.

Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return window starting from the day your order is delivered.

Returns can only be requested after the order has been successfully delivered. Orders that are already in transit cannot be cancelled.

To qualify for a return:

• You must notify us of your return within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Once your return request is approved, the item must still be returned within the original 30-day return period. Reporting a return does not extend the 30-day return window.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees, customs charges, or import duties.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition, with all tags and labels attached.
• Trying on an item to check fit is permitted, but wearing the item beyond this is not allowed.
• If multiple sizes are ordered, only unused items in original condition are eligible for return.

Final Sale Items

Items discounted by 40% or more, including those purchased during promotional events such as Anniversary Sales, clearance events, or special promotions, are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

These items are excluded from the standard return policy due to promotional pricing.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email info@zanvella.com within 14 days of receiving your item.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide:

• Return instructions
• The correct return address
• Guidelines on how to prepare your package

All approved returns must be sent to our international warehouse located in China using a tracked shipping method.

We strongly recommend keeping your proof of shipment and tracking number until your refund has been processed.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 14 days.

Refunds apply to the product price only.

Original shipping costs, return shipping costs, and any customs or import charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact info@zanvella.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos showing the issue

We will review your case promptly and provide an appropriate resolution.

Liability & Address Accuracy

Zanvella is not responsible for lost or stolen packages when tracking confirms delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are correct before placing the order.

Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order. While we will make every effort to update shipping details before shipment, this cannot be guaranteed.
