Return and Refund Policy

Return Policy – Zanvella 

At Zanvella , we do everything we can to keep our customers happy. Still, you may wish to return an item. This policy explains our return process clearly and simply.


Return Eligibility

  • You may request a return only after you have physically received the item.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, including any international postage or customs charges.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition, with all tags and labels attached.

  • Trying on an item to check the fit is allowed; wearing it beyond trying on is not permitted.

  • When ordering multiple sizes, only unused items in original condition are eligible for return.

Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights.


How to Start a Return

Email info@zanvella.com within 14 days of receiving your item to request a return.

We will provide:

  • the return instructions

  • the correct return address

  • guidance on how to prepare your parcel

All returns must be sent to our international warehouse using a tracked shipping service.

We strongly recommend keeping your proof of postage and tracking number until your refund is completed.


Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be issued within 14 days.

  • Refunds cover the product price (and, where required by law, the standard outbound delivery costs).

  • Return shipping costs and any customs/import charges on the return are non-refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact info@zanvella.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the issue

We will prioritise your case and provide a suitable solution.


Liability & Address Accuracy

  • Zanvella is not responsible for lost parcels where tracking confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer.

  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct delivery address at checkout.

  • Address errors must be reported within 24 hours so we can attempt to amend them before dispatch (not guaranteed).
