Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been received.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details so you can follow your shipment.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery time: 7 to 10 business days, depending on your location.
Please note that delivery may take longer during busy seasons, public holidays, customs procedures, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
During periods of exceptionally high demand, promotional events, holidays, or unforeseen logistical disruptions, delivery times may be extended beyond the estimated timeframe.
While we aim to meet all estimated delivery estimates, shipping times are not guaranteed.
Shipping Method & Origin
All orders are shipped directly from our international warehouse.
Depending on your country's regulations, customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or other government-imposed fees may apply. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not refundable by Zanvella.

Responsibility During Shipping
Please ensure that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
Address changes or corrections must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee modifications once order processing has begun.
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address. Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is correct at checkout.
Once tracking confirms that a package has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.
Uncollected or Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned because it was unclaimed, refused, or because the shipping address provided was incorrect or incomplete, any original shipping, return shipping, handling, or carrier fees incurred may be deducted from any eligible refund.
If you wish to have the parcel resent, additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and assist in finding a suitable resolution.
